Introduction and How to Place an Order
All prices listed in our price guide and on our website are displayed in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are accurate as of the most recent update. Please note that these prices do not include VAT. Although we make every effort to maintain these prices, Bull Motif Mini Spares Limited reserves the right to amend prices without prior notification.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable at the current rate to all orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, except for books. Goods sent to destinations outside the United Kingdom are not subject to VAT. However, such orders may incur local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the port of entry. These charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in either the cost of goods or delivery prices.
Ordering by Phone and Online
When placing an order, it is essential to provide your full name and address, as well as details of your vehicle—including make, model, year, VIN, and any modifications that could influence your order (e.g., a 1380cc engine). Wherever possible, please supply the part number, description, and quantity required for each item. Also, include a daytime contact number and/or email address to facilitate courier updates and allow us to reach you should any issues arise.Orders can be placed by phone, email, or primarily through our online store. Customers are also welcome to visit our trade counter for in-person collection. Providing comprehensive details about your vehicle (such as engine specifications, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), whether it is left-hand or right-hand drive, year of manufacture, and modifications) saves time and helps us to assist you more efficiently.
Parts in Stock and Back Orders
We strive to maintain stock levels for 98% of the parts listed. All goods are thoroughly inspected for quality and condition upon arrival and before dispatch. On rare occasions, certain items may be out of stock or our inventory records may be inaccurate. If this occurs at the time of ordering, we will place the item on back order and contact the customer to notify them of any anticipated delays.While we endeavour to keep our stock control systems as current as possible, unforeseen factors—such as advance sales or supplier delays—may cause discrepancies. If an item is unavailable and the customer does not wish to wait for a back order, we will remove the item from the order and issue a credit or refund accordingly.
We aim to represent stock as accurately as possible, but manufacturers may update products or we may need to source alternatives if original stock becomes unavailable. This can result in variations in the appearance of stock compared to website images. We will update our systems and product image library promptly, but these differences do not affect the product’s function or quality.
Overseas Ordering
For international customers, orders can be placed by telephone, email, via our web store, or at our trade counter. Please provide your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and vehicle details (engine, VIN, left-hand or right-hand drive, year of manufacture, and any modifications) if required. Overseas orders are frequently subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance, which must be paid at the point of entry. These fees are not included in the price of goods or delivery charges.All necessary customs forms and documentation will be supplied with your shipment to minimise delays. If you have specific requirements or need to provide VAT registration numbers, please contact us to discuss your needs. Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Quotations and Payment Methods
We are happy to provide a full quotation listing part prices, availability, and shipping costs. Online payments can be made by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Payment for other orders may be made in cash, by certified bank transfer, or by credit or debit card, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, and Delta. Please note, we do not accept American Express cards.
Special Order Items
Special order items or those made to order are subject to our specific terms and conditions. These will be explained and supplied to the customer at the point of sale for agreement and signature prior to proceeding with the order.
Title of Goods
Ownership of goods supplied by us remains with Bull Motif Mini Spares Limited until payment is received in full. All exchange units are subject to a surcharge, which incentivises customers to return old units for reconditioning and covers us if a returned unit is unsuitable for exchange.Suitability for exchange can only be determined upon inspection of the returned unit. Units deemed beyond reasonable repair or irrevocably damaged, or those not returned in complete form, are excluded from exchange. Surcharges will be refunded only if the unit passes inspection as serviceable.
Warranty
All parts ordered from Bull Motif Spares are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve months from the date of purchase. Warranty settlements will not exceed the cost of the original component.The warranty does not cover the following:
- Labour charges or costs incurred while the vehicle is off the road.
- Failure due to or caused by related components.
- Failure resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.
Acceptance of Terms
Customers ordering from our website must accept our terms and conditions. We wish to highlight our parcel delivery options: you may choose between basic post/courier and premium delivery with full insurance and tracking. Approved couriers or Royal Mail will dispatch items on either a 24 or 48-hour service, depending on item size and customer preference. For items with free shipping, we default to a 48-hour tracked service (2–3 days from order placement).If you select a delivery method without insurance or tracking, Bull Motif Mini Spares Limited will not be liable for lost or damaged parcels. In such cases, claims must be processed with the courier service.
