High Performance Gold Sports Coil for all models with non-ballast ignition from 1959 to 1982. This coil gives higher voltage for a stronger spark at the plugs, giving better performance on modified engines, this is a non ballast ignition coil with push-in connector for the HT lead as used from Mk2 models onwards, this is a 3 ohms primary resisted non ballast coil,  it is vital the correct ignition coil is used check that there is no ballast resistor,  resistance is checked measuring across the coil terminals.
