Superior duplex endless double row timing chain fitted to all Mini Cooper S models with 970cc, 1071cc and 1275cc engines. This chain does not use tensioners and many standard engines may have had the timing chain and gears changed to duplex as it is quieter and reduces timing chain rattle.
