Returns & Refunds

Returns

To process a return and refund please read all our terms below and fill out an an application, this can be applied for by using our website in filling out a few details about the issue, the application refund link is found on our shipping policy page, when the application is completed this will generate a returns number reference, you can use this facility to return all items purchased from Bullmotif when the office is closed failure to do so could delay your refund.

Once the return application is received we will send you an email back to notify you about your query and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund or exchange, we may also ask for more evidence like a picture to help with your claim so please ensure that your email address and contact information is included in the application.

With online orders you have the right to cancel at any time your whole order from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods accept for special made to order items.

Non Faulty

Of goods to be returned as non faulty / unwanted or ordered in error they must be returened to us in the original condition in the original packaging unopened and not used,  we may at times reserve the right to apply a fee up to the value of 25% to the original valve of the goods returned, this fee deduction could be applied due to not returning the goods under these terms and conditions, this helps cover any costs of re-stocking and replacing packaging or missing items if goods are found to be opened or damaged / fitted upon inspection on return in which the customer will be notified.

Faulty Goods

For faulty goods & products you have up to 30 days from taking ownership of a product to reject the product / goods for a refund (this could be the date of purchase or the date it was delivered to you - whichever is later)  after this 30 day period a repaired or exchanged product if under manufactures warranty may be offered instead depending on when and how the item / goods became faulty, you must notify us right away if the item you have recieved is faulty so we can see if a replacement is possible, as stated in our terms and conditions we will not accept liability for any additional labour costs or charges or replace and exchange faulty items if an apparent fault is causing a new item that has been purchased to fail and become faulty or if the item has been fitted incorrectly or is suffering from general wear and tear.

Exchanges / Damaged

We will always try to exchange items with a new item if they are found to be defective or damaged upon receivership rather than refund,  where an item can't be exchanged we may offer it to be repaired by the manufacture, we must be notified of items that are damaged or defective right away with in 48hrs of receiving the goods by sending us an email at info@bullmotifminispares.com in which you must send us details showing the damage / defects and assiociated packaging, you may also contact a member of our team by phone and we shall guide you in this process we are open Mon - Fri to accept deliveries and receive calls.

Shipping your return item

To return your product we strongly advise customers to reuse as much of the original packaging as possible if in good sound condition and make sure the item is adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit, please place your contact details inside the box including a returns number issued to you and any referance to the product which may include a copy of the invoice or document number if part of a large order so we can follow up the returns claim faster.

You should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (unless agreed) for returning any items,  we only refund postage costs if the whole order is cancelled or returned as unwanted,  postage is then refunded to cover the basic postage rate that was processed on the original order at the time this does not include or cover any extra postal charges or express postage costs.

Items that we have also managed to ship for free / tracked & insured / next day / abroad to the customer will not be entitiled to any postage refund claims if returned as we usually do these services discounted as part of the service in which we provide to our customers which is at full cost to ourselfs from the courier.

Once the goods are received back they will be inspected and checked for being defective, the item is then usually credited or exchanged and shipped right away unless we have an issue with the rest of our stock being defective due to a manufacturing error.

If you are returning an item(s) over £50.00 we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service which may include shipping insurance, we advise this as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returning item or for it to arrive undamaged in anyway, this can cause delays in the refund claim process should this situation happen.

Missing or Incorrect Items Received.

If you have received an incorrect item or you believe you are missing an item(s) from an order, we must be made aware within 48 hours of the order being received, this must be done via a telephone conversation or by contacting us at info@bullmotifminispares.com

Knowingly fitting incorrect parts or fitting items incorrect supplied by us may affect your exchange or refund claim against the goods.

Refunds.

Once you are approved your refund will be processed upon the goods arriving and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, this can take upto 7 working days for the credit to be processed as a refund for banks to authorize, for refunds just on postage we will also need a copy of the receipt to book out a refund against your original purchase if possible.

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 Days , first check your original payment method provider or bank / credit card company / PayPal etc it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and shown in your balance.
