Welcome to Bull Motif Mini Spares, we thank you for visiting our website and hope you find all of the parts you are looking for.

Short plotted history of how we got here;

Bull Motif Spares started trading in 1972 form our original location in Middle Littleton in the early days the business was focused on classic Morris Minor for spares and repairs, the business continued to grow but a change of direction came in the late 1980’s when classic cars became more popular.

The company started to concentrate on the spare’s aspect of the business and the owners brought their son on board who transformed the business from a small but profitable business to a major supplier of classic Morris Minor spares. The business continued to grow throughout the 1990’s becoming the largest supplier of classic Morris Minor parts in the world.

The 2000’s the company decided to employ classic specialists who would continue to develop the business opening up overseas markets and driving UK sale up. In the mid 2000’s the company acquired an Austin A30/A35 parts business to extend the range we could offer, this was followed shortly after with the acquisition of a second Austin A30/A35 parts business.

It was also at this point that the existing parts supply chain started to dry up and so the company started to develop its own parts supply chain working with UK based companies to re-introduce obsolete parts, this then expanded into an international supply chain sourcing part’s worldwide.

In 2008 we bought Midland Mini Centre to expand the range of vehicle parts we could offer in our portfolio, we also became British Motor Heritage approved supplier in Morris Minor, austin A30/A35 and Classic Mini which gave us access to previously unavailable products.

In 2010 we moved to our present location in Winchcombe where we operate out of a 10’000sqft warehouse. The warehouse allows us to keep multiple stock of the entire range of Heritage classic mini panels & magnum repair panels, we are the only classic Mini Specialist to do this.

At one point in 2012, we had 5 websites running as well as a considerable presence on Ebay, turning our business for a mail order business to an online business and supplying our parts worldwide, we now have customers in most countries on a worldwide map.

2019 was a major change for Bull Motif, the owner felt that we as a company had grown to it’s limit in Morris Minor and Austin A30/A35 as such the owner decided to restructure the company. We sold off the Morris Minor & Austin sides of the business to our competitor which left the Classic Mini, it was felt that we had not realised the full potential of this side of the business, the Morris and Austin sides of the business had about 5000 available part number whereas the Mini was listing 7000 on its own plus the capacity to increase this further.

Even though we have lost two sides to the business we are still a growing company with our product range expanding on a daily basis. We have now rationalised our E-commerce websites down to one www.bullmotifminispares.co.uk where we list a full range of Classic Mini products.

We continue to have obsolete parts remanufactured and will shortly be offering a range bespoke Polyurethane suspension bushes made to our own specification. We reverse engineer the product we want to manufacture and supply CAD drawings which are done in house for the parts we want to get made.

We are the sole supplier of the Mini Traveller wood kits these kits are manufactured in the uk on a new CNC wood working machine that we funded in colaboration with a highly skilled carpenter all hand finished and is one of the best kits on the market.
